TASK 11.3 - EMISSIONS COMPARISONS SUMMARY

• Emissions comparisons for 2028 were authorized in November 2019.
• EGU and non-EGU major point source emission comparisons were made between the VISTAS_12 2028 inventory and the EPA 2028 inventory used in its 2016/2028 inventory/modeling platform.
• EGU major point source emission comparisons were made between the VISTAS_12 inventory and the ERTACv16.0 inventory.

  • EPA 2016 Modeling Platform Emissions - These emissions were used in EPA's 2028 modeling in 2019 using base year emissions from 2016.
